Using this site
This site describes Come Closer and lets you apply. Applying does not create membership. Membership begins only when you have been accepted, executed the governing agreement and completed payment.
Eligibility
Applicants must be adults, approximately 25 to 65, single or otherwise legally free to enter a relationship, and honest about their identity and circumstances. We may decline or withdraw any application at our discretion. Ability to pay does not guarantee acceptance.
Membership agreements
Accepted members execute a separate membership or service agreement. That agreement, not this page, governs fees, payment schedule, renewal, cancellation, confidentiality, community standards, profile and photo consent, screening consent and everything else about membership.
Conduct
Members treat one another, and our team, with respect. Dishonesty about identity or relationship status, harassment, or sharing another member's details without consent ends membership. Introductions run through Come Closer; there is no unrestricted direct messaging.
No guarantee
We promise our full effort and a rigorous process. We cannot guarantee a relationship, and screening cannot guarantee anyone's character, intentions, compatibility or future conduct. We are not responsible for what happens between members outside Come Closer experiences.
